Such a lovely little plan for a lovely little ship! She was a new build for the Greeks … something rare in that time period … they Greek were great ship recyclers. Good plan .. with some pen writing inside the cover.

Lovely deck plan for the QAM … printed ion Heavy Newsprint like paper. This is dated for March 1965  and has a Van Nuys Agency stamp on the back cover in purple. Lovely phots and plans inside.

The crafty and thrifty Greeks always made good use of secondhand tonnage … and they loved using American ships for their quality construction. The Greeks snapped up the SS America when USL decided to sell her in the mid 1960’s and made a fortune with the immigrant trade to Australia. She had several name and ownership changes and wrecked off the Canary Islands on her way to becoming a hotel in the far east. A sad ending to a spectacular and charming ship. An excellent copy in like new condition and full of spectacular photography that shows off her American Heritage well.

A lovely blue and white deck plan for the lovely Greek Amerikanis.  the plan itself is very detailed with furniture shown as well as nice pictures showing several of the public rooms etc. Lovely port profile rendering shown on the back cover!

Great blue and white Olympic deck plan agency stamped with Harmal Travel … which was located in the Rockefeller Center in NYC. Very nice condition … looks to have never been opened.

Very nice  and simple Chandris/ National Hellenic American Line deck plan for the Amerikanis.  printed in blue on white paper , these was a very simple and unembellished plan for the ship. Excellent condition with a little browning to the paper.

Just an eye-popping brochure for the old America … given a new and extended life by the Greeks as the Australis. The brochure includes many onboard public room photos (almost all of which were left as is by the Greeks). The Greeks made changes to the cabins in many areas … increasing capacity by adding berths as well as and reconstructing some below deck areas. There is at least on Large Facebook group dedicated to the Australis. Excellent condition… stamped “file copy”.

One of my Favorite souvenirs for this special little ship are these great little trays. I love the ships image and the durability of these trays make them almost indestructible.

Certainly, the best DP and Interior foldouts done for the ship … when she was purchased second hand, rebuilt and brought into the fleet. She would later burn =(. Great plan with good interior pictures as well
