Canadian Pacific: Empress of Canada 1971 Sailings and Fares
Nice green colored document for the sailing and fares for the 1971 season … also includes and inserted mimeograph message thanking agencies for their bookings.
There are nice b/w photos of shipboard life inside. The cover that the last funnel paint scheme CP used before they closed their passenger services … not long afterward.

I do not think this has ever been unfolded before … it is super clean and crisp. It is single sided and unfolds to be quite large! This almost looks like it was designed as an architectural blue line drawing … excellent condition and quite unique. Stamped “office copy” .. so seems it was rarely if ever used.

Canadian Pacific: The Shortest Way to Europe Fleet brochure
This is probably the best North Atlantic fleet brochure for the CP ladies in the 1930’s . Filled with photos and info .. many of the Newest “Empress Of Britain”. The cover shows a beautiful scene of the EOB passing the CP hotel “Château Frontenac” in Quebec. CP probably had the best world wise transit system established in the 1930’s There is also a huge colored fold out map. Excellent shape for the age … this has been well preserved.
HAL: Nieuw Amsterdam Interiors Folder
Great little fold out brochure showing off the interiors of the “darling of the Dutch” Nieuw Amsterdam. Just a splendid little fold out with lots of pictures …. for a splendid little ship! Excellent condition and dates to the early 60’s.

Nicely done brochure for the North Atlantic services . Not the greatest picture of the mighty Empress Of Britain on the cover .. but there are many lovely interior photos inside of the ship and her other fleet mates the brochure that are delightful. Huge fold out map at the end of the Brochure Great silver cover accents ( one little cover scuff) Good condition!

Did you think the airline industry invented the onboard magazine? … Think again! Great Magazine for the journey through the Canadian waterways services by the CP princess lines … mainly out of Vancouver. This has been folded but in good condition
P&O Orient Line: SS Oronsay Barrel Ashtray
Interesting barrel like ash tray from the gift shop on board the SS Oronsay.
made of sturdy oak with brass trimmings .. it is solid little souvenir item from the ship which was a product of the post WW2 fleet rebuilding program of the Orient Line. Great condition!

Carnival Cruise Lines: Mardi Gras Pin Tray
Awesome pin tray for the lovely Mardi Gras! Once the Empress of Canada, she helped put Carnival on the map … and they have become the biggest in the business. Beautifully dome in Black glass and white outline. Excellent condition.

Lovely Mid-50’s PL and portrait log abstract for a May voyage aboard the Lizzy. Excellent shape with gold trimmings on the cover. The ship averaged 29.67 knots!
German Atlantic: Hanseatic Caribbean Cruise December 1971 pin dish
I’m not sure which cruise line started usung thse dishes in the 1970’s as souvenirs… but almost every old world “luxury” line had adopeted them and they were a staple onboard well into the 1990’s. This rosenthal dish celebrates the DEC7-19 Caribbean cruise of the Hanseatic … she was once Zim Lines flagship Shalom.
German Atlantic: TS Hamburg Caribbean Cruise 1971 pin dish

French Line : France 1966 Feb 14th Carnival in Trinidad Cruise
A cruise the started on Valentines day to Trinidad. There were almost 1300 (1278) folks onboard this cruise … probably a good money earning trip for the ship. She was barely 4 years old.
Canadian Pacific: Empress of England Playing cards and case
Awesome set of cards with minor edge wear for the EOE … and contained in a padded case. The case does have some liquid staining =( … but it is still lovely! The case also has a texture CP script logo on the front.
Italian Line: Giulio Cesare Deckplan 1964
Outstanding little plan for the GC … sister to the lovely Augustus that just was scrapped at Alang about 4 years ago. They were Italy’s first new build’s after WW2 and set the Italian Line design trend of their ships for the next decade. Great little plan!
