Cute little souvenir napkin ring for the RSL Lapland. The Lapland was one of the work horses steamers that RSL schedule out of Antwerp (and eventually Liverpool) on regular voyages. Very intersting that this ring says Americian Line ... certainly also part of the IMM ... the Lapland must have been under charter the the AL at some point. I believe it was the Lapland that took Douglas Fairbanks and new bride Mary Pickford on part of their honeymoon journey. Nice enameled crest and I'm pretty sure the silver will polish up nicely.
